Following the recent global escalation of the COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to inform you that our current supply and service levels remain unaffected.

We are ensuring the workforce are being cared for and provided with ongoing updates. From a production point of view, we remain fully operational, fulfilling all the orders we continue to receive. This does require essential travel for some key workers, but we have minimised the impact, and we have significant measures in place on-site to prevent infection and protect their wellbeing.

We hope you and your colleagues are safe during this worrying time and we thank you for your continued support.

We will, of course, be in touch again when we have further updates.

Warm Regards and Keep Safe

Just wanted to let you know we are open for business as usual despite these testing times.

Like all businesses, we continue to monitor the impact of the COVID-19 situation daily assessing both Government and industry advice. The Senior Management team have been making plans for the last couple of weeks to ensure we strike a right balance between protecting our teams and business continuity. I thought you might be interested in knowing some of the measures we have already put in place and which we’ll continue to review.

Current action includes:

  • Visitors to our site have been restricted for a month.
  • We have geared up for all non-production personnel to work from home on a rota basis starting this week, thus limiting the chance of infection across the whole business.
  • Prime’s production team has been divided into two splitting the working day in half and thus reducing the chances of all the production team contracting the virus.
  • We are in continual dialogue with our two business continuity partners so that each of us can support the others should any site have an enforced cessation of production.
  • We have further contingency planning in place, for example, to potentially lock down the whole site with a skeleton team living on-site if the situation necessitates.

I hope that gives you some reassurance that we are taking all practical steps to ensure continuity of service.

We have also had several customers asking if we can produce quick turnaround Direct Mail for them to get their message out to their customers about their plans during these tricky times. A letter or leaflet is often a better way to communicate this sort of information for certain types of businesses - for some; it’s a necessity.

If you feel you need to send a piece of printed communication out quickly, just let us know – we’re here to help.

Warm Regards and Keep Safe
